Same thing just happened to me. Ended up going for it because besides the uverse, the only other options are DSL and Comcast.

Of course they shipped my modem to the incorrect address. wanted it shipped to my parents house where someone would be home to sign for it, lady on the phone confirmed it with me, email I got confirmed it, but I got a "sorry we missed you" slip from UPS on my apartment door. UPS said they'd deliver it to a friends shop today, so we'll see...

I go to lots of shows at smaller venues where there really isn't a back-stage area. Recently saw a band who basically said "now is where we go back-stage for a few minutes and come back out again...but there is no back stage here", so they turned around for about 5 seconds, turned back to the crowed and were like "Thanks for waiting around, we'll play a few more songs for you"

I'm a right-side gas-tank'er too. Fuck everyone else, just drive around and pull in the opposite direction in the gas station if all the ones where the pump is on right hand side are full. If people cannot either back out of the pump after they're done pumping, or go around you, they shouldn't have a license.

It has to be a 1st gen. 2nd and 3rd gen are totally different beasts than the first one.

(gen 1 was a Pentium Mobile CPU of some sort, 2 and 3 are the same CPUs as in iPhones)

In general, if a piece of suspect software makes it onto your computer, the best course of action is to do what psmylie said, and just start from scratch. You never know what's still lurking, even after a virus scan

They should think about selling their designs to another company that makes similar products. I really really like those designs. I used to work for a company in CT called Nouvelle Images, who made similar stickers. They might be interested in buying some of the designs

Never played a Schecter guitar, but my main bass is a Schecter Model T(shaped like a telecaster), and it's one of the best "cheap"(under 1k) basses I've ever played

Yeah, I work at a helpdesk at the moment and there are quite a few really bright developers that need some basic Microsoft Word help. I remote into the computer and there's a compiler with a shitload of code, open up Word and show them how to double-space

You could get Amplitube which is the software it comes with, which is damn good amp modeling software. Not sure howmuch it costs, but probably cheaper than this amp

xclamp fix isn't permanent either. Sometimes it can last for a while, but the only real solution is to replace the solder with lead-based solder
