Wrong on both accounts. I believe the reference you're looking for is Bynum v Barea . Bynum got 5 games for that. Pittman should have gotten more but saying 10+ is just absurd.

I define superstar as transcendent outside of the NBA. Lebron and Wade are at that level but anyone who doesn't regularly watch the NBA won't know much about Bosh except that he's the 3rd guy in Miami. The reason superstars get the superstar calls is because they're more appealable/important to the casual watcher which is a huge part of their target audience.

Superstar ex: Lebron, Wade, Dirk, Duncan, Kobe, Rose, Durant. Essentially the people you see on TV with major endorsement deals.
