I remember seeing an old Nickelodeon at a museum in San Fransisco (i can't remember what it was but they had a homemade submarine and cuckoo-clock type things (one was about a guy being hanged)), and i believe i went on a school field trip to the Ritz theatre and they showed us an old news film about the Great Fire of 1901.
Suspense, 1900-1950s, Kelly Bogart Stewart Peck Grant Dean McQueen, Hitchcock Kubrick Scorsese and Coppola.
