My router says:

I switched and went through the router. I then pinged it and it was RARELY showing timeouts. My dad then started up his laptop and visited a website and all I see is timeout. There's nothing else and the internet isn't even working at all.

I'm not sure, I believe it has improved, but I haven't used it for more than 2 minutes directly plugged in. I am running a ping on 207.176.249.193 and it's averaging 15.000ms

edit: I just got a timeout after about 2 minutes.

edit: 6 minutes in and I got another 2 timeouts.

I'm running Mac OSX. I believe ping works, but tracert does not. Do you know the Mac commands? Then I can try this. Also, thank you for your help! :)
