Waste of money. People are speeding already just leave the signs up and don't ticket them until 85 or so. A few years back they did something like this. Spend a few mil on the new signs, installation, etc. Then they changed their mind and had to replace the signs. Again.

Even when people are broke there is demand. There is demand for food, water, shelter. This becomes a barter society. You have something I want so I do work for you or trade something. There is always demand, regardless of jobs. Jobs are born out of demand. With no demand, there are no jobs.

Investment doesn't create jobs. Why would someone invest in something? Because there is DEMAND for it. You don't invest in a local pizza shop if there is no DEMAND for it. Demand fills stores, cash registers and wallets. Investments fail all of the time, often due to lack of...DEMAND.

Sure. You are part of the small sector of the economy that does cater to rich people. I live in a HUGE city. Absolutely massive. About 10% of the shops cater to rich people, if that. The other 90%, the real engine of our economy, is for regular people. Rich people do create some jobs, but they should definitely not be tagged as "The Job Creators".

When people call them "The Job Creators" that's the end of the sentence, there is no mention of the 200 million other people who keep the economy going. I'm led to believe that a few thousand folks in limos are supporting America.

As you stated, your co employees a whole 30 people. Hardly impressive.

Also, whoever owns that private jet might have got rich on the backs of regular people. Rich people are not magical. The money came from somewhere.
