Why would you go through the trouble to build a picture frame when nearly everything on that wall was under $10? I mean, I am all for building things but that's ridiculous. You need glass. a Backing. Hooks. Wire. A matte cut to size. Absolutely no way you're doing that for under $10 in materials and even if you did, only a really pretentious moron would spend hours building frames to save a dollar or two. Reddit amazes me sometimes.
