So the problem is my waist size is something like a 36. My thigh size is clearly way bigger than that, so I think these are 40's to accommodate them.

Then I have to tighten the belt quite a bit to make then... and you get the above.

The Recipe

Corned Beef - Mostly inspired from that one. I ignored whatever it says there and braised it with a shot of Jameson, and squirt of soy and worchestershire sauce. Place fat side down and cover with foil. Baked at 350 for however long it took.

Cabbage - steamed in a pot then sauted in a bunch of butter with a couple slices of chopped bacon with salt and pepper to taste.

Potatoes - something like that...
