Salary, no overtime. Not the best pay arrangement when you regularly pull 50-60 hour weeks, with occasional (maybe once every month) weekend work.

Typical hours are 8:30 - 5:30, but in reality its more along the lines of 7:45 - 6:30.

Leeway isn't as important as "did you get your job done."
