TIL Redditors have been creating an unofficial magazine (The Redditor) featuring original content (art, interviews, stories) from the community. They have 7 issues and are on hiatus due to lack of exposure on this site. by MNightShyamalanin todayilearned

I'd be interested with interviews of redditors themselves

NONONONONONONONO That would turn it into even more of a circlejerk. It's a magazine FOR the redditor, not ABOUT them.

No, not the entire Bible. Just the "120 year max" and the "bible is infallible" parts.

Nope. Not a reference, just a fact. There's a North Korea and a South Korea: no Korea. North Korea is the one run by a dictatorial regime and South Korea is the presidential republic.

I, Robot would have been such a much better film if they weren't trying to cram blatantly intrusive product placement into the plot and thereby disrupting any sense of immersion entirely.

Is there such a thing as a Philosopher's Stone in real life?

Yes and no. It's the name of a mythical item, but it's never existed "in real life". This isn't a perfect analogy, but it'd be like changing the name of Excalibur in Arthurian tales to "Magic Sword of Kings". Sure, it's descriptive enough for the surface dwellers, but you're robbing the phrase of all its history and nuance.

We know this because we have devices that can scientifically measure the fluidity, energy, sensuality, and freedom of a person's walk.

Stickytape/cellotape/whatever the hell your country calls sticky tape works just as well, if not better, because it lets a little light through so the mouse works jerkily, more appropriately imitating a failing mouse, and it's far less obvious to a cursory glance.
